I eat when I'm hungry and quit when I'm full.
I eat a high-calorie diet, rich in animal protein, non-starchy carbohydrates & lots of fat.
I only lift weights - 4 days a week, 20 minutes a day.
I do no cardiovascular, joint pounding & injuring exercises, I only walk.

I practice an approach to life that is no more difficult or complicated
than simple habit and routine. My results are based on an
accumulation of small, daily practices that are founded on getting
back to the basic principles of human health and fitness.
My program will educate and empower you to achieve these same
results through simple guidance, education, and support. My goal is
to give you the tools to achieve these results for the rest of your life.
In addition to being an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, my fitness
experience and background include weight training for the last 30
years as well as 15 years of Sports Specific conditioning with
Baseball, Mountain Bike Racing & Martial Arts. I have 8 years of
massage therapy, 18 years of nutrition studies, and 15 years of
personal training. I have personally trained with Professional Olympic,
Football, Baseball, Bodybuilding and Wrestling Athletes. I have also
developed specialized Children's and Head Trauma Patient Fitness
Programs.

Fitness Education
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I will develop a personalized routine
and instruction for your fitness level and budget. In addition I will be
providing guidance and awareness of human biology, physiology,
and kinesiology. Let's get you motivated and out of the house!
Nutrition Education
I will help you clean out your pantry, provide a dietary intake for your
budget, personally assist you in how and where to shop, show you
how to prepare many different foods and recipes as well as help you
to create your own. I will also act as a personal chef if the need arises.

3 Arrange a 1-on-1 session for $25/hour or a group session
consisting of 2 or more people for $40/hour (recommended)
For both fitness and nutrition consultations, the first session
will take approximately 3 hours and will include consulting (a brief
history lesson on evolution and the agricultural revolution and education on
human anatomy, nutrition & fitness), cleaning out your pantry of the
'forbidden' foods and shopping for new groceries. A workout routine
will be created to fit your desired fitness goals. If time allows we will
also help you to prepare some recipes.

I am not a medical doctor. As with any change to your dietary intake
or physical fitness program you should consult your physician before
you begin. I am, however, someone who through my own trial and
error, personal losses, own ailments, interests, research and life
experiences, has come to understand a practical and holistic way to
help myself and others achieve a lean, strong, healthy body. This
concept is nothing new and all you need is a library card and/or
Internet access to begin your own researched path to dietary health.
